#BGCrew
Clients are placed into a #BGCrew upon entering our professional sisterhood. Their crew is a group of 2-5 women who share both professional and personal commonalities, including: similar goals, majors, and cities. Every crew has the option to connect via Skype once a month to champion each other.

BG Pop Up Events
There is nothing more inspiring than a girls night out (or a 3 hour Sunday brunch) with women who share the same sort of “umph” to take control of their future. Our team and BG girls co-host pop-up events in cities on a monthly basis to connect and motivate.

BG Tea Chats
We believe in the fusion of exposure + networking. A digital BGTea Chat is held monthly for our clients in our private portal. Here, we host a female luminary to film a live video for the sisterhood. Clients gain an inside look at varying careers, and have an open Q&A with the #girlboss. Speakers include: editors at Instyle, creative leaders at Google, CPA’s, and more.
